  • Total cruising hours will be 3 to 4 hours for guests at Wooden Dhow.
  • There will be a palatable dinner for all the guests with scrumptious veg and non-veg options.
  • Drinks like tea, coffee, soft drinks, and water will be unlimited for all of the guests.
  • Guests will also be served with New Year’s Cake and Fruit Champagne.
  • Showcase of majestic fireworks will also be included in the tour.
  • There will be high-end arrangements for both upper and lower deck.
  • For the entertainment of all the guests, there will be live shows like Tanoura.
  • All the guests will be allocated with respected seats by the management.
  • Everyone will be provided with a toilet according to their gender as there will be gender specific toilets.
  • There whole cruise both lower and upper deck will be decorated with Balloons & Ribbons
  • Pick up and Drop off can be provided at additional cost. The additional price per SUV is 1000 Aed (It can fit up to 6 guests). The additional price per Mini Bus (14 seater) is 1500 Aed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


After you booked the tour and received booking confirmation; you’ll receive the following after 20th of December via whatsapp/email.

  1. Name and Number of the Contact person for your New Year 2024 eve.
  2. Location Map.
  3. Exact boarding time.
  4. All the other necessary information.

We understand that you may need our assistance at any moment. That’s why we are proud to offer unparalleled 24/7 tour assistance, ensuring that your New Year 2024 eve will be as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Important information with Transfers.

  • The pick-up will be scheduled only from your accommodation or home in Dubai and not from the airport.
  • Depending on the traffic and location, the pick-up and drop-off times for private transfers can be changed according to the travel plan by 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Please be aware that the pick-up and drop-off times for New Year 2024 will be from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm on December 31 and 2:30 am to 3:00 am on January 1.

Important Information without Transfers

  • Please be present as there won't be a pick-up for this tour on New Year 2024.
  • 8:00 pm is the reporting time for this activity.
  • Beginning at 9:00 pm and ending at 01:30 am.

Here are some other  information.

  1. The total capacity for guests is 65 people and out of which upper deck can accommodate 35 people and lower deck can accommodate 30 people.
  2. pickup or drop-off services are not provided.
  3. The total duration for the cruise if 3 to 3.5 hours.
  4. In order to avoid issues, guests need to arrive before 09:00 PM.
  5. The time for boarding will around 09:00 PM at Al Seef Bur Dubai.
  6. The departure will start at 10:00 PM.
  7. The ending time of the cruise will be 01:00 PM to 01:30 PM and the duration will depend on weather conditions.
  8. All of the guests will be provided with the free parking at Al Seef Mall.
  9. All physical fitness levels are suitable.
  10. The management will pre-allocate the tables according to the bookings.
  11. If there is any cancellation from our side, then guests will get full refund by the company.
  12. You can get location via mail or WhatsApp.
  13. The location map will be provided and you can also contact us in person WhatsApp & Email.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to any technicality issues.
